These pallets are considered 'carrier damage' which means, that at some point in time, something on the skid was damaged in transit. The boxes may look shabby, but don't let that fool you. These items are NOT customer returns and in nearly all cases, the products are still new and sealed in the original packing, with little to no damage to the actual product.
