What is Arctic Lizard Overstock & Surplus Warehouse?
Arctic Lizard Overstock & Surplus Warehouse sells pallets aka (gaylords or big box) of freight damaged merchandise, salvaged surplus merchandise, overstock merchandise and customer returns. We also broker truckloads of the same type of salvaged merchandise.
What is Salvage Merchandise?
Salvage merchandise is a general phrase that can include customer returns, vendor returns, shelf pulls, closeouts, overstocks, surplus, irregulars, seconds, and more.
Are all the items in the pallets working or marketable?
All items we sell are salvage. Whether they are overstock or returns, they are still salvage and we have no way of knowing what is working and what is not. We DO NOT test any items and ALL LOADS ARE SOLD "AS IS" and there are no guarantees.
Do You Accept Returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final and merchandise is sold as is. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No Credits.
Where do the truckloads come from?
Direct shipping from the distribution centers.
Your Truckload order ships (FOB) directly from one of the many re-warehousing facilities so that you don't have to pay for shipping twice. (Shipping to me, then again back to you) This keeps the pricing low. This is also called Brokering a load. I purchase the load and sell it to you. You will receive a sealed truck. This means after it was loaded at the re-warehousing facility it was sealed by them and you will be the first person to see the contents. No cherry-picking. Manifested loads have a +/- 10% rate

FOB (freight on board) means from the location the item is shipped
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept (prefer) Bank Wires , Money Orders, Visa & MasterCard. Credit card payments or Paypal payments are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.

Can I buy just 1 pallet?
Yes. If you buy directly from the Joplin Warehouse. However, individual pallet prices will vary from truckload pallet pricing.
DISCOUNTS: When purchasing by-the-pallet from the Joplin Warehouse Stock we provide discounts of 5% for a purchase of 3-5 pallets, and a 10% discount for 6-11 pallets purchased. We also offer 25% off orders of 24 pallets when pallets are purchase from the Joplin warehouse stock.
What will my shipping costs be?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the pallet and distance from my warehouse or the re-warehousing facility. I can find you the most affordable way to ship your merchandise to you (LTL or truckload pricing) I use Freightquote.com to insure the best shipping rates. Your shipping costs will be the same flat rate for 10 or 48 pallets. It is always best to fill your truck to maximize your savings. I will need your zip code to figure freight costs. Pallets can be shipped to residential locations or business locations and can even be held at the shipping terminal to be picked up by you, to save even more on shipping. You will be asked if a lift is needed for offloading your pallets.
Can I just come by your warehouse and pick it up?
YES! Come in and visit! Pick your own pallets.

Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
All other times require an appointment. Feel free to stop in and
pick up your pallet from our warehouse during these times.
